Shipments and returns

Fulfillment

Due to scheduling and work/life balance, the majority of order fulfillment now takes place on the weekends. As such, orders placed early in the week may take up to 5 or 6 days to be fulfilled while orders placed later in the week will take less time to be fulfilled. Any order for an in stock/non-custom product will ship on Mondays (US holidays not withstanding) but orders placed on Mondays will, likely, take until the following weekend to be fulfilled.

Tracking

Tracking emails are triggered by the acceptance of your package by the United States Postal Service. Once the postal worker scans your package and that tracking number enters their system, an email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to create your customer account on this site. This applies to domestic US shipments ONLY. All international orders will receive their tracking emails at the time of shipping label creation. As such, it is possible for your international shipment’s tracking number to not be found in the US postal service’s system. In this event, it is suggested that you check your tracking again after 5pm United States Eastern Time on the Monday following receipt of your tracking email.

Returns

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact Scott via email at: scottua25@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger and be sure to include your original order number as well as a brief explaination of the issues

Your pack shipment

Every effort is made to package and ship your order within 1-2 days of order placement, however, there are times when shipping can take up to a week. Email confirmation of your order will be sent and as long as you have confirmation there is no problem with your order.

International orders may take up to 1 month to deliver once shipped. Tracking will be supplied but understand that shipments may not update once they have departed the US.
