Shipments and returns
Due to scheduling and work/life balance, the majority of order fulfillment now takes place on the weekends. As such, orders placed early in the week may take up to 5 or 6 days to be fulfilled while orders placed later in the week will take less time to be fulfilled. Any order for an in stock/non-custom product will ship on Mondays (US holidays not withstanding) but orders placed on Mondays will, likely, take until the following weekend to be fulfilled.
Tracking emails are triggered by the acceptance of your package by the United States Postal Service. Once the postal worker scans your package and that tracking number enters their system, an email with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to create your customer account on this site. This applies to domestic US shipments ONLY. All international orders will receive their tracking emails at the time of shipping label creation. As such, it is possible for your international shipment’s tracking number to not be found in the US postal service’s system. In this event, it is suggested that you check your tracking again after 5pm United States Eastern Time on the Monday following receipt of your tracking email.
